* Front of House Presence
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Anticipate member needs and provide proactive service.
* Service Coordination
- Coordinate closely with reception, reservations, F&B and events teams.
- Monitor service flow and ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Respond to requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
* Guest Communication
- Manage day-to-day guest enquiries and special requests.
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity with high-profile members.
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring member satisfaction.
* Standards and Atmosphere
- Maintain immaculate presentation of guest areas.
- Uphold HAUS brand standards in dress, tone, and attitude.
- Support the Club Manager in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in a high-end hospitality or private members club environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Discretion and understanding of VIP guest expectations.
