Mô tả công việc
- The Resort Guest Service Centre is a combination of the traditional Telephone Operator Department; Reservations for Dining, Entertainment and Leisure activities; In-Room dining orders and where all guest requests are received. This is so that for any guest call, they have a dedicated agent (One contact) to assist and personally follow up on any of their requests. The Resort Guest Service Centre is also responsible for physically facilitating all key requests which means the team must be multi-skilled in guest relations, housekeeping and minor maintenance trouble-shooting.
- The Guest Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily Resort Guest Service Centre activities & events. Ensuring the highest standard of guest care at all times Guest Service Centre Supervisor will play a leading role of prompt and satisfactory resolution of any guest enquiries, requests, problems or complaints.
- This role will support the success of the department in all aspects of Financial Returns, Guest Experience, Our People underpinned by Responsible Business. In addition to SOPs, the Supervisor will develop and maintain training programs so that new and existing colleagues are adequately trained to fulfil their responsibilities. In addition, the role will support any new initiatives for continuous improvement and evolution of the data collection and analysis of guest requests.

Yêu cầu công việc
- High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
- 1 year of Front of House/Guest facing/Communications Supervisory experience required. International luxury brand hotel or resort experience is preferred. Strong team leadership and overall guest relations skills and hotel/resort knowledge. Must be able to read and speak fluent English and the local language. Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues that reflect on the resort's brand core service values. Able to manage the shift, strong intuition and exhibit a dynamic flair. Strong skills in problem handling and any situation that may occur. Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- This job requires ability to perform the following:
- Being passionate about people and service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Vietnamese both written and verbal. Communication skills that supports to deliver engaging and genuine interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to time-manage not only self, but the entire team operation.
- Supervise a team of 10+ colleagues
- Proven ability to adapt to varying situations and lead the team when under pressure.
- Ability to train and coach.
- Ability to support and model cultivation of Brand Culture.
