- To provide project and construction management skills and good practices inputs to undertake projects efficiently and cost effectively and to operate in compliance with GL QMS and mainly take charge in M&E matters at site
- Assisting Head of Department for the efficient and effective running of daily operations, project
management and construction, and contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
• Managing and providing leadership for projects undertaken to ensure their timely
completion within allocated budget and resources, and of desirable quality.
• Ensuring timely submission of monthly claim and joint measurement.
• Ensuring documentary compliance for projects undertaken.
• To provide expertise and experience during project management and construction
especially on M&E matters
• Liaising and coordinating with all levels of personnel such as client, consultant,
contractor, suppliers, and workers for smooth execution of projects/contracts.
• Compliance with GL QMS where applicable.
• To assist GL's M&E functions when called for.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and
Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in M&E or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise projects.
• Good working knowledge of project management / construction skills.
• Good working knowledge in dealing with M&E construction and material related knowledge.
• Computer skills (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD & MS Project).
• Good at IT Skills: ability to quickly adapt with Google workspace and AI.
