In order to support our business, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing Hardware technical support for Vietnam and SEA and reporting to STS Manager of SE Asia/ANZ/JPK.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver service and technical support to end-users via phone, through the use of Salesforce software or via remote PC connection.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to hardware technical support inquiries, concerns, and requests about products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues involving connectivity, function and performance of Instruments.
• Follow standard processes and procedures to document issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
• Process and distribute instrument certification documentation in a timely manner.
• Train customers in how to operate and maintain the equipment properly, especially related to hardware.
• Offer the best annual service packages to the customers according to the company policies.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
You have:
• College or above, major in mechanical, electronic engineering, preferred automation background.
• Has at least 3 years and above working experience, and with field service experience
• Production and Processing-Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Problem Sensitivity-The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, relevant knowledge structure in Paint, Coating and Plastic industry.
• Computer Science and Electronics-Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
• Engineering and Technology-Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
• English is the must; Chinese is a plus.
• Teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
