We are seeking for Hardware Engineer to join with our team. The candidate will have a knowledge understanding of electronics hardware design and a passion for developing innovative products, special in Power Control, Motor and Battery Management System, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Detailed analog and digital design including schematic and PCB layout
• Responsible for the PCB Design layout for new or existing products.
• Collaborating with
software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components.
• Ensure the designs accounts for power, signal, and ground requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure layouts are optimized for the sampling production.
• Testing hardware prototypes and analyzing and interpreting performance data.
• Analyze and verify to make sure design meet all requirements of functionality, performance and reliability.
• Prepare the BOM for products and material design files for production web page description.
• Help Develop the documentation necessary for product release.
• Support Software/Firmware team programming and debugging embedded firmware.
• Bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar.
• At least 2+ years of proven experience as a hardware design engineer or similar.
• Hardware PCB design with Cadence Allegro, KiCad, Altium Software.
• Experience designing PCBs, executing part placement, routing traces, understanding electrical issues as related to PCBs, thermal dissipation estimation, EMC, EMI, ESD.
• Good experience in Power Conversion, Motor Control and Basic control theory knowledge is advanced.
• General knowledge of ARM Cortex-M architecture. MCU/DSP Peripherals (Timer/PWM, ADC, DAC, UART) experience is a plus.
• Has good basic with C or any programming, Scripting languages (Python, etc.), Software Tools (IDE): IAR EWARM, Keil uVision, Eclipse is plus.
• Ability to analysis and resolve issues.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-team on multiple projects.
