Stay up to date with the structures, requirements, and academic standards of international curricula, including A Level, IB/IBDP, IGCSE, MYP, PYP, and SAT.
Assess students' academic abilities and learning objectives to recommend appropriate learning pathways.
Provide academic guidance and address subject-related inquiries from parents, tutors, and relevant departments.
Evaluate tutors' subject knowledge and suitability based on subject areas, academic levels, and class placement requirements.
Provide guidance on teaching methodologies and organize training and coaching sessions for tutors.
Develop, review, and update lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and other academic resources in accordance with curriculum requirements.
Monitor teaching quality and students' academic progress, identifying issues and recommending appropriate improvements when necessary.
Plan and implement academic initiatives to continuously improve the quality of educational services.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a relevant field.
Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Mathematics, Science, English Language, English Literature, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, relevant to the assigned academic levels and international curricula.
Experience in teaching, academic affairs, curriculum development, learning material development, or equivalent roles within the education sector.
Understanding of the structure, content, and academic requirements of one or more international curricula, including A Level, IB/IBDP, IGCSE, MYP, PYP, and SAT.
Ability to read and understand academic materials in English.
Proficiency in using AI tools to support academic and professional tasks.

● Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
● Working schedule: 5.5 working days per week, with one half-day off per week from Monday to Friday, arranged flexibly based on work requirements.
● Work location: No. 22 Hong Ha Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
