Represen Airline to recieve booking from customers.
Tracking shipments from start to finish to avoid errors proactively and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information on cargo shipments, flight schedules, and relevant assistance and guidance.
Managing customer records, cargo manifests, and reservation systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with Principal Airlines standards.
Coordination with Space Control & Sales for booking orientation & handle reservation
Working with agents to ensure shipments are checked in warehouse in "ready for carriage" condition.
Compliance with Principle' Manual & circulars to ensure cargo bookings are in line with regulation, policies.
AWB stock control.
Prepare Cargo Loading Plan for flights and coordination with Space Control and Operation team to maximize capacity and loading.
Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate cargo handling, shipment tracking, and documentation requirements to meet customer needs.
Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to cargo services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working at: SGN OFFICE | SCSC Building, 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh, HCM.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 year of booking & CS experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder.
Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic.
Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic.
Priority for candidates have IATA Certificates.
Good in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
