Responsibility:
To be responsible for supporting CM in delivering Business strategy, launching new products, maximizing sales, profit, and stock profiles
· Category management:
- Assortment management: Manage own brand portfolio and all product information under the private label (Product master, supplier, contract, cost dealing, product regulation, import term, market insight, ...).
- New product development:
Work closely with Regional to develop new products which be potential in Vietnam market
Follow up on the timeline and work with Legal team to prepare the requirement document before importing
Leading taskforce team across departments to launch new products under private labels successfully.
- Trade plan & promotion management by mechanics and campaigns across all channels (from Online to Offline)
- Managing product display, and planogram at stores and evaluating space productivity Ø Demand planning: work with the demand team to forecast and ensure stock fulfillment
- Managing stock profile: control OOS ratio, provision action,...
· Sales Budget
- Sales Plan & Action Plan to landing sales budget and sale penetration which maximize business profits
· Data Analysis & Reporting
- Data reading to get customer insight and market insight Ø Prepare and report data to Regional and other relevant requirements
· Other project to boost category growth and deliver business strategy
Requirement:
· Bachelor/ College Degree
· Experience in Commercial role/ MKT/Branding/ Import
· Very proactive and has the ability to handle multiple categories and multitask
· Strong task organizational skill, Time management
· Good at Excel
· Good at analytical and sales/ data report
· Proficiency in English Language, written and speaking
