JOB DESCRIPTION
· Project Coordination & Timeline Tracking:
- Monitor project progress and ensure all activities follow agreed timelines and workflows
- Follow up and manage checklists to ensure proper execution across teams
· Data Consolidation & Presentation Support:
- Consolidate data and support the preparation of reports and presentation decks for internal meetings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and align information
· Administrative & Coordination Support:
Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks for the Commercial/Trade team
REQUIREMENTS
· Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, or related fields
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data
· Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
· Careful, well-organized, and detail-oriented
· Strong follow-up, communication, and teamwork skills
· Available for a full-time internship (at least 6 months
