MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Recruitment Coordination & Administration
- Support inputting, updating, and managing candidate data in recruitment systems
- Assist in interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support documentation and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
2. Candidate Sourcing Support
- Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through various channels
-Support sourcing activities for different roles across the system
3. Employer Branding & Content Support
- Support in creating recruitment content for company platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing employer branding presence
4. Recruitment Events & Activities
- Support the organization of employer branding and recruitment events (job fairs, talk shows, online/offline activities)
5. Other Support Tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

WHO ARE YOU
3rd-4th year students or fresh graduates (available for full-time work)
Internship introduction letter from the university (required)
Proactive, eager to learn, with a good team-working spirit
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva skills are a plus
