JOB DESCRIPTION
You will
play a key role in driving the growth of Andros Vietnam across E-commerce
platforms and online marketplaces.
This role
is for someone who:

1. Drive
E-commerce Sales Growth
Support and execute sales growth
plans across E-commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales
performance and identify opportunities to maximize growth
Analyze business performance,
campaign results, and customer behavior to propose actionable improvements
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved
2. Manage
Platform Operations Excellence
Ensure
smooth day-to-day operations of official brand stores
Coordinate
with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate product listings,
pricing, stock availability, and store visibility
Ensure
campaign setups, promotions, vouchers, and visual merchandising are executed
accurately and on time
Monitor
platform health metrics and resolve operational issues promptly
3. Collaborate
Cross-functionally
Work
closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external
agencies to ensure seamless execution
Coordinate
forecasting and replenishment planning to maintain healthy inventory levels
Support
end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery operations
Participate
in campaign planning and execution for major platform events
4. Build
Business Insights & Reporting
Prepare
and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards
Track
key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, stock, and campaign
performance
Consolidate
revenue and support receivables reconciliation processes
Provide
business insights and recommendations to improve overall store performance
5. Support
Business Development & Project
Support
onboarding and execution of new platform initiatives and side projects
Stay
updated on E-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities
Support
ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields
1-3
years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account, Sales Operations, or Account
Management
Strong
analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good
understanding of E-commerce platforms and online consumer behavior
Strong
organizational and time management skills
Ability
to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good
communication and stakeholder management skills
