JOB DESCRIPTION
In
charge of supporting the development of new commercial projects from Idea
Initiating Phase to Market Entry Phase
Closely
work with related departments to gather information to develop the projects
Market visit and study to generate insight,
behavior of the customers to strengthen the projects
Follow
up and manage the progress of each project to make sure all of the projects are
on track
Cooperate
with related Sales Team & Trade Marketing to ensure the Roll Out Phase of
each project is fully operated following the company's expectations
Analyze
Data from market survey ad study to initiate ideas for market approach
Measure
performance and KPI of each project and generate report for Manager to propose
improvement solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of the phases of launching a new product or develop a new projects from beginning to end
Bachelor's degree in related field of commercial; business administration
Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments
Proficiency in English is preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally
