ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Influencer Management Executive to own the end-to-end process of influencer collaboration for our clients - from identifying the right creators and handling outreach, to briefing, production follow-up, performance tracking, and reporting. The role requires both strong interpersonal skills to manage creator relationships and a structured approach to keep campaigns on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Research & Sourcing
Research and build shortlists of relevant influencers and content creators aligned with each client's campaign objectives, target audience, and budget.
Assess creator profiles based on audience quality, engagement rates, content style, and brand fit - not just follower count.
Maintain and continuously update an internal database of influencers across categories and tiers (nano, micro, macro, mega).
Outreach & Negotiation
Execute outreach to selected creators via DM, email, or agency network; manage the negotiation process including rates, deliverables, and timelines.
Prepare and manage collaboration agreements or booking confirmations in coordination with internal operations.
Campaign Execution & Briefing
Write clear, detailed content briefs for each creator covering campaign objective, key messages, required disclosures, format, and deadline.
Follow up throughout the production process to ensure timely delivery and content compliance with client guidelines.
Review creator content before publishing; provide feedback and manage revision rounds when necessary.
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance post-publication: reach, engagement, video views, click-through (where applicable).
Compile post-campaign reports with key metrics, performance insights, and recommendations for future activations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or related role in a digital/social environment
Network: Has an existing network of creators or influencers across at least one content category (lifestyle, beauty, F&B, tech, etc.)
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese; basic English for creator outreach is an advantage
Organization: Able to manage multiple ongoing campaigns simultaneously with clear tracking and proactive follow-up
Data: Familiar with basic influencer analytics tools or platform native metrics (TikTok, Instagram Insights, YouTube)
Mindset: Relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle negotiation professionally under time pressure
Nice to have:
Prior experience at an influencer marketing agency or talent management company.
Familiarity with influencer platforms or tools (e.g., Klear, Modash, or similar).
Understanding of contract basics and content compliance requirements for branded content on social platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Livestream Executive to own the planning and project management side of client livestream productions. This role goes beyond operating equipment - you will be responsible for building the livestream calendar, recommending suitable hosts, coordinating with the Creative team on visual production, and managing all parties involved to ensure each session is delivered on time and on-brand. The position is suited for someone with a strong project management mindset who understands the livestream format and can keep complex moving parts on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Livestream Planning & Scheduling
Develop and manage the monthly livestream calendar for each client - covering session frequency, format, topics, and publishing schedule.
Propose suitable host profiles aligned with each brand's tone, target audience, and campaign objective; coordinate the selection and onboarding process.
Plan session structure and rundown in collaboration with the Content team; ensure all pre-production elements are confirmed before go-live date.
Creative & Production Coordination
Work with the Creative team to develop livestream background designs, on-screen assets, and visual identity for each session.
Brief and follow up with hosts and live assistants (trợ live) to ensure they are fully prepared - covering content angle, key messages, product flow, and engagement cues.
Coordinate all parties involved in production (host, trợ live, operator, creative) and manage the overall project timeline from pre-production to delivery.
Session Oversight & On-day Management
Oversee the execution of each livestream session; serve as the main point of contact for all parties on the day of broadcast.
Ensure the session runs according to the approved rundown; escalate and resolve issues in real time.
Post-stream & Reporting
Export and archive stream recordings; prepare edited highlight clips or VODs where required.
Compile session performance reports covering: peak viewers, average watch time, engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes (for live commerce sessions).
Document post-session learnings and propose optimizations for future sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a coordination, production, or project management role within a digital, social, or e-commerce environment
Project management: Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with clear timelines, task ownership, and proactive follow-up across teams
Livestream: Working understanding of how livestream sessions are structured across TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; able to brief hosts, manage vendors, and coordinate internal teams clearly and efficiently
Availability: Flexible schedule - some sessions may fall on evenings or weekends based on client requirements
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with streaming software (OBS Studio or equivalent) and basic technical setup - camera, audio, and lighting for livestream environments.
Experience with live commerce mechanics (TikTok Shop Live, Facebook Live Selling) - product pinning, voucher display, and viewer conversion flows.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Content Executive who can take a brief from a brand, break it down into a clear content direction, and drive execution all the way through to final output. This is not a writing-only role - you will be the connective tissue between the client brief and the production team (videographer, editor, designer), responsible for making sure the final content is on-strategy, on-time, and ready to publish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brief & Strategy
Receive and analyze client briefs; identify the core communication objective and audience insight.
Break down the brief into actionable content direction: messaging, tone, format, and platform approach.
Propose content concepts and strategic angles to the client or internal lead for alignment before production begins.
Planning & Production Coordination
Develop monthly content plans covering topics, formats, channels, and publishing schedule.
Write detailed briefs for the production team (video, design, photography) - covering concept, reference, deliverable specs, and deadline.
Follow up closely with editors, videographers, and designers throughout production to ensure outputs align with the approved direction.

Publishing & Performance

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Content, Creative, or Social Media - agency experience preferred
Content: Strong writing skills in Vietnamese; able to adapt tone and messaging across different brand voices
Brief-breaking: Able to read a brand brief and translate it into a clear, structured content direction independently
Coordination: Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and following up with cross-functional team members
Analytics: Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio - able to read data and draw conclusions

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Editor who can handle both video editing and basic design tasks within a single production workflow. You will work closely with the Content team from the ideation stage, taking raw footage and briefs and turning them into polished, platform-ready outputs. A basic proficiency in design tools is required to produce simple static assets (thumbnails, caption cards, story frames) without needing to hand off to a dedicated designer every time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Editing
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - with strong attention to pacing, hook structure, and platform-specific formatting.
Edit long-form videos for YouTube and Facebook: vlogs, behind-the-scenes, interview series, and brand storytelling content.
Perform color grading, audio mixing, and subtitle formatting to ensure consistent visual quality across deliverables.
Participate in the production process from briefing stage - read the content brief, understand the objective, and apply that understanding to editing decisions.
Basic Design
Produce simple static assets to support video content: thumbnails, caption cards, story frames, and cover images.
Maintain visual consistency with each brand's identity across both video and design outputs.
Use templates and brand guidelines provided by the Creative team; propose visual improvements where relevant.
File Management & Delivery
Organize and archive footage, project files, and final exports in a structured, team-accessible manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional video editing - agency, studio, or freelance
