Manage Internal team:
Manage Internal team:
- Manage team members, allocate equally tasks for members in your team, and guarantee to keep up the deadline;
- Make sure members of your team complete their tasks rightly and in time;
- Report all activities in your team;
- Make sure that the budget is divided rightly, and all projects are completed as scheduled in the budget;
- Be responsible for tracking the tasks; guarantee that all projects are completed in time and achieved the committed KPIs;
- Find suppliers with competitive fees; check and approve new outsourcings;
- Report directly to COO;
- Work closely with other teams as well to make sure that all projects are implementing well.
- Work directly with the Clients to make sure that the KPIs are completed as scheduled in the budget;
- Understand clients' needs; provide the services and distribute in suggesting, making plans based on clients' requirements and then implementing the plans;
- Report monthly the progress of the project to clients.
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant;
- Have at least two - year experience in the relevant positions;
- Fluent in English (IELTS from 6.0 to above), be able to communicate directly with foreign clients;
- Have abilities to manage Marketing Campaigns;
- Have flexibility, logical and strategic mindset;
- Catch up the market trends;
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated;
- Excel communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills;
- Have outstanding management ability.
- Be professional in planning.
- Have an excellent ability of managing projects
- Have excellent office skills;
- Have a personal laptop.
- Be able to manage your own income with basic salary + KPI reward;
- Be able to work in a friendly and energetic environment with an obvious promotion path;
- Have all the benefits as regulated in Vietnamese Labor Law: Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, leave days...;
- Be considered to increase the basic salary at least once every 6 months;
- Have month 13th salary, annual KPI reward;
- Be able to join in team-building activities, annual company trips at least twice a year.
