JOB DESCRIPTION
Database Management:
Add and update potential leads and advertisers in HubSpot, our CRM database.
Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Event Invitations:
Invite potential leads to our Business Executive Network events Manage and track invitations and responses.
Keep high-touch with the potentials and contacts
Magazine Distribution:
Verify and update addresses and phone numbers to ensure accurate delivery.
Send out magazines to subscribers and potential leads.
REQUIREMENTS
Current students, recent graduates, or those with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn
