JOB DESCRIPTION
Check
Debit Notes/Credit Notes for overseas parties in the internal SOL software and
promptly and accurately issue VAT Invoices in the MISA accounting software.
Create
and record monthly Cost Vouchers using the internal SOL software.
Monitor
and manage outstanding payables to ensure timely payments.
Execute
payments via Internet Banking accurately and on time.
Record
all input invoices and integrate all Cost Vouchers into the FinOnline system.
Record
all cash and bank transactions in the FinOnline system.
Reconcile
bank accounts, AR/AP, intercompany balances, and key sub-ledgers in accordance
with management's requirements.
Record
all input invoices in the MISA accounting software.
Prepare
and reconcile input invoices against the tax authority's data for monthly tax
declaration purposes.
Organize,
maintain, and systematically file financial documents and records for audit and
compliance purposes.
Perform
other tasks as assigned by the Country Lead or the management team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of relevant
experience in accounting or finance.
Familiarity with accounting
software (MISA) (additional advantage).
Basic knowledge of Vietnam tax
regulations and e-invoice systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail,
organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and
a team-player mindset.
