JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Monitoring: Regularly check ticket marketplaces to ensure listings are current and
accurate.
Ticket Fulfillment: Track inventory and ensure correct tickets are shipped to the right customers
on time.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong English reading comprehension (emails, websites, notifications) with ability to
identify key information.
Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
Proficient computer and internet research skills with the ability to verify search results
quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain high accuracy under pressure.
Flexible schedule; must be available for changing work hours and occasional weekends.
