Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Assist in maintaining and organizing HR data in Excel.
Regularly update and ensure data accuracy within HR databases and spreadsheets.
Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis as required.
Dashboard Reporting:
Support the development and upkeep of HR dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., employee attendance, recruitment status, and performance metrics).
Use Excel (and other relevant tools) to generate visual insights, charts, and pivot tables.
Collaborate with the HR team to define data requirements for ongoing reports.
Presentation Preparation:
Prepare visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations to summarize HR data insights.
Tailor reports and presentations for different audiences (e.g., HR leadership, team managers).
Support HR events and meetings with data-driven presentations.
Engagement Activities:
Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities (e.g., townhall meeting, wellness programs, and new initiatives).
Gather employee feedback through surveys and other methods to assess engagement levels.
Analyze feedback data and prepare reports on engagement activity impact.
HR Department Additional Support:
Assist in various HR projects as needed, especially those requiring data analysis or reporting.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas on data management, reporting best practices, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in any college or university.
Commitment: Fulltime
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) is essential.
Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
