JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Digital Account Intern
Department: Account Solutions Team
Reports to: Digital Account Executive / Team Leader
Level: Internship
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
2. The Role
We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Digital Account Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about the digital landscape, social media trends, and data-driven marketing.
You will support the digital team in executing online campaigns, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how to build a brand's presence in the digital world from the ground up.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Execution & Content Management
Support the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Assist in uploading, scheduling, and monitoring content on social media fanpages and other digital touchpoints.
Work closely with the Creative team to ensure visual and copy assets align with digital platform requirements.
Digital Performance & Media
Assist in setting up and tracking basic digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) under the supervision of senior members.
Help research keywords (SEO/SEM) and stay updated on the latest digital trends and algorithm changes.
Reporting & Analysis
Collect data from digital tools (Google Analytics, Social Listening, Business Suite) to compile weekly/monthly performance reports.
Monitor community sentiment and engagement, flagging any issues or negative feedback to the team.
Assist in preparing internal/client status reports.
Market Research
Conduct research on competitor digital activities and industry benchmarks.
Participate in internal brainstorms to contribute "out-of-the-box" ideas for digital content and viral trends.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Final-year students or Fresh graduates in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, Information Technology, or related fields.
Available to work full-time (5 days/week) for a 3-6 month internship.
Skills & Attributes
Digital-first mindset: A deep understanding of how social media platforms work (especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram).
Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy when managing links, content, and numbers.
Growth mindset: Proactive, eager to learn new digital tools and technologies.
Analytical skills: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Communication: Good written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut (video editing).
Experience managing a personal blog, TikTok channel, or community group.
Certificates in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Academy.
Language
Fluent in English (working proficiency required).
