As an TA Intern, you will support both the MoMo Talent (MMTL) Program and broader recruitment activities across the company during the internship period. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, employer branding, candidate experience, and HR coordination in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring projects, internal coordination, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring smooth operations for MMTL 2026 and other recruitment campaigns.
Job description:
1. Recruitment Operations & Coordination
Support recruitment activities for both the MMTL Program and other hiring projects across different functions.
Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and recruitment logistics.
Prepare logistics for assessment days, workshops, career events, and candidate activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Support manual data input, candidate tracking, and recruitment reporting on internal systems/files.
Assist in preparing HR documents, operational materials, and recruitment-related reports.
2. Employer Branding
Support content creation and coordination for recruitment campaigns on social media and campus channels.
Assist in organizing employer branding activities, career fairs, university partnerships, and student engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas that enhance candidate experience and employer brand awareness.
Support branding initiatives for both MMTL and company-wide recruitment campaigns.
3. Program & Project Support
Support the execution and coordination of the MMTL 2026 Program across key workstreams.
Assist with special recruitment or HR projects assigned by the TA team, PM, or HR leadership.
Proactively identify process gaps and suggest smart, efficient solutions to improve operations.
Job requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Available full-time for at least 6 months.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and coordination skills.
Good communication and teamwork mindset.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.) and eager to learn new technologies, especially AI tools and applications.
