Job description:
1. Mass Recruitment Execution & Field force Pipeline (80%)
Support end-to-end recruitment for mass positions (Salesman, Field Operations), with a focus on hiring volume and speed.
Proactively source candidates through job boards (Joboko, Joboko), social media, referral channels, and other available sources.
Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews against defined criteria.
Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates to maximize attendance and minimize drop-off.
Support the organization of mass hiring activities, including walk-in interviews, hiring days, and offline recruitment events.
Apply AI-assisted tools to strengthen sourcing reach, screening efficiency, and candidate engagement.
2. Recruitment Operations & Reporting (20%)
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the hiring platform and tracking files.
Monitor daily recruitment performance metrics (CV volume, interview rate, offer rate, show-up rate).
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Job requirements:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, and resilient to start HR career path in high-volume / frontline hiring.
Genuine interest in learning and applying AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and productivity
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Available to work at least 5 days per week.
