Submit the color licensing documents to the Department of Information and Communications
Arrange anticounterfeit stamp to customers.
Liaising with dealers for shipping documents including packing list, delivery report, CO re-export, certificate of manufacture, CO/CQ, customer clearance, invoice...
Providing Accounting with original docs for payment process
File shipping documents including shipping arrival, original documents
Prepare and provide the delivery documents for direct sales.
Requirements
Education: preferred in business/supply chain management/logistics-related field
Work experience: No
Computer skill: Microsoft office
Good command in writing and speaking English
Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Carefully, good at numbers and excel
