What You'll Do
Develop & Execute TikTok Marketing Strategies: Boost brand visibility and engagement through innovative short-form video campaigns.
Lead Influencer Collaborations: Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with both macro- and nano-influencers to deliver authentic, high-impact content.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to align campaigns with Vietnam's latest beauty and lifestyle trends.
Campaign Management: Brief creators, coordinate internal teams, oversee execution, and ensure all deliverables hit key performance goals.
Measure Impact: Track campaign performance (impressions, ROI, engagement), analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize strategies for growth.
What You Bring
Deep understanding of TikTok content, audience behavior, and trend dynamics.
Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media strategy (beauty, lifestyle, or skincare a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and drive measurable ROI.
