Description
In charge of Budget Management & Internal Process:
Ensure smooth coordination between the Product team and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, etc.).
Manage and record all departmental expenses, including Sales Promotion, Marketing, Retail, Logistics, and Business Trip costs.
Analyze monthly data and understand the drivers behind each P&L result.
Monitor market price movements and provide timely updates.
Provide administrative and coordination support, such as arranging meetings and processing payments.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
1. Education background:
Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Languages/ Business Administration/ Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
No working experience is required.
Having experience in related position is an advantage.
3. Skills:
Proficiency in English (IELST 6.0+ or equivalent) and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred) & data analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and result oriented.
4. Others:
Willing to learn and willing to do.
