MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
● Plan and run global UA campaigns across Mintegral, Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns
(UAC), AppLovin, Unity Ads, IronSource, and other mobile ad networks
● Optimize daily - read the data through AppsFlyer or Adjust, find the signal, kill the noise
● Brief and iterate on ad creatives with our internal creative team. Hybrid casual lives or dies
on creative - you'll be in every one of those conversations
● Work directly with ad network account managers to optimize bids, unlock placements, and
push for better deals
● Build weekly performance reports that drive actual budget decisions, not vanity dashboards
● Spot trends in user behavior, creative formats, and the ad market - before they're obvious
● Juggle multiple campaigns across multiple games and multiple geos without losing the plot
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
● From 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile User Acquisition or Performance Marketing-
mobile games preferred, but mobile app UA is also welcome.
● Track record running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other mobile ad
networks
● Comfortable inside an MMP - AppsFlyer or Adjust
● Strong English (written and spoken) - you'll be talking to network reps and partners across
Europe and the English-speaking world
● Sharp instincts with data. You can look at a CPI, D7 ROAS, and retention curve and know
what to do next
● Coordinated under pressure - you can manage multiple campaigns and multiple
stakeholders without dropping balls
● Have a good logical sense in problem solving and are skilled in market research
