JOB DESCRIPTION
• Recruitment Support: Assist in full circle of recruitment process under the monitor
from line manager
• HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects, including employee engagement
initiatives, internal communication, and training programs.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR-related
inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
• Operations Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks of
Operations Department
REQUIREMENTS
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good at English (verbal and non-verbal skills)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
