I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise and propose suitable KOL lists, timelines, and airing platforms based on the Client's brief
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the effective execution of KOL team projects
Constantly update data and rate cards of artists/KOLs, as well as event locations; stay informed on market trends and industry needs
Engage and activate both internal team members and Clients to maximize campaign effectiveness
Document Client meetings and conference calls, clearly outlining directions and agreements
Assist in shoot planning with producers, timelines, and creative execution
Lead daily operations and ensure smooth project delivery
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Be a kind, honest, and responsible individual
University degree or diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, or related fields
Final-year student who can commit to a full-time internship (Monday to Friday)
Passion for entertainment, especially in talent management, events, and media
Highly adaptable with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented
Confident in using various social media platforms for marketing, including TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Creative, motivated, and an excellent communicator
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
