JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee Engagement & Event Management
Support in organizing engaging internal events and activities for employees.
Design emails/poster for internal communications activities.
Explore & propose ideas/initiative for employee engagement activities.
Proceeding
purchasing & payment for event (if needed).
Actively involve in promoting employer branding.
Other assigned tasks by the supervisor to deliver the best experience for candidates & employees during their journey at POPS.
Learning & Development (L&D) & AI Transformation:
Co-organize "AI at Work" sessions to upskill employees in digital literacy and prompt engineering.
Develop internal "How-to" guides and AI prompt libraries to accelerate the company's digital transformation.
Others:
Admin-related tasks: paper and procurement work
Perform additional tasks that arise within HR Team
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate student or
fresher who is willing for interpersonal challenges in HR field
Have good customer-servicing and confidentiality mindset
Be careful, detail-oriented
Good communications in both Vietnamese and English
Good time management & event organization skills
Be proactive, independent and can-do attitude
Willing to learn & explore new challenges
Have experience with designing tools, PTS is a big plus
