JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our logistics and supply chain operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, shipping coordination, and supply chain processes in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in tracking and updating shipment status (inbound and outbound)
Support in preparing and verifying shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations)
Help coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams
Support the team in managing stock inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics billing
Assist in process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency
Perform other tasks as directed by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
BENEFITS
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Preference given to students who can work full-time during the week
