JOB DESCRIPTION
Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads campaigns
to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports
and insights to optimize and improve results.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best
ROI for each campaign.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives
and copy that resonate with our audience.
Technical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track performance metrics and make
data-driven decisions.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Meta
Ads to ensure our strategies remain effective.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English communication;
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads, consistently managing ad spends of high budget;
Prefer Male;
Fluent in English communication.

with overall marketing goals and identifying suitable global influencers based on target audience
demographics, brand alignment, ...
Influencer outreach and relationship management: Reaching out to potential global
influencers, negotiating terms of collaboration, building and maintaining relationships to ensure
ongoing partnerships.
Content coordination and creation: Providing creative direction or briefs to influencers to guide
content creation, ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Campaign execution and monitoring: Managing the execution of influencer campaigns,
monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to assess effectiveness.
Content and Social Media Management: Scripting and making high-quality videos for our social
media platforms besides managing global creators.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keeping abreast of trends and developments in influencer
marketing and social media platforms; Identifying emerging influencers and trends that could be
beneficial for future campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
More than 1 year of experience working with KOL/KOC/Creator (especially good at updating trends and creating scripts/briefs);
Fluent in English communication;
Proficiency with CapCut (or Premiere, After Effects,...).
