JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
·
Support content creation: ideation, writing captions, basic editing, and
posting
·
Stay updated with social media trends, especially in music and youth
culture
·
Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts
·
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
·
Support campaign execution for artist releases, events, and
collaborations
·
Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, artist management) when
needed

Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
etc.)
·
Bonus: Experience in design, video editing, photography
