JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales & Customer Interaction
Communicate with potential students and parents via phone, email, or social media.
Introduce study abroad programs, scholarships, internships, and partner schools.
Follow up leads and maintain customer information on CRM.
Coordinate with the Study Abroad team to ensure accurate consultation.
2. Marketing Support
Assist in creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and recruitment events.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Help organize webinars, workshops, and partner meetings.
3. Translation & Documentation Support
Support translation tasks (Vietnamese - English, English - Vietnamese) for marketing materials, course information, and communication content.
Proofread English content used in marketing campaigns or student materials.
4. Media & Video Editing
Assist in creating and editing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, promotional clips).
Edit simple marketing videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
Support visual content creation when needed.
5. Other Tasks
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.
Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENT
Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva...), and willingness to learn more.
Translation skill (English-Vietnamese) is a strong advantage.
