JOB DESCRIPTION
Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement robust analytics strategies that align with client business goals, leveraging Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Client Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insights based on data analysis.
Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver insightful reports and analyses that inform decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization.
Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of Google Analytics and other industry-leading analytics tools.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Analytics).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Certifications in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
