ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall: Participate in the process of:
Project pitching: receiving briefs, contributing to proposal development.
Project execution: conducting campaign reports, supporting other teams for data back-up and forecasting.
1. Research: Utilize social listening tools crawl and process social discussion data from various platforms for both brands and the whole category:
Observe communication activities of clients & competitors to have an overall view about brands performance & strategy on social.
Analyze consumer conversation to find out valuable insight & audience behaviors.
2. Proposal/ Reports development:
Visualize data into clear charts and presentation slides for proposals and reports.
Highlight key findings, implications, and recommendations based on data analysis.
Report to: Senior Social Insight Specialist
Promotion: Social Insight Trainee/ Social Insight Specialist
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Preferred background in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
Knowledge
Familiarity with social listening tools (SocialHeat, Brand24, Brandwatch,...).
Good foundational understanding of marketing communications is a plus.
Skill
Logical & critical thinking
Can deal with both numbers and words analysis
Good Business English, especially writing.
Good at organization, time management and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
Intermidiate level of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet, and Powerpoint is a plus
Experience
Work experience 3 months intern in market research firm.

Data-driven mindset with a strong sense of curiosity for understanding user's insights and behaviors
