JOB DESCRIPTION
Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC, Vietnam.
Work hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning/month.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Handle recruitment process as screening applications, conducting first interview for staff level, interview arrangement and candidate coordination, sending response emails to unsuccessful candidates.
Perform daily Human Resources duties such as on-boarding and off-boarding formalities staff orientation and etc.
Administer employee's records and ensure required personal documents are in place.
Daily communication between service provider and KN staffs on data/ supporting document as, but not limit to, Social/Health / Unemployment insurance, PIT, leave records, etc.
Liaise to AON for staffs medical insurance.
Handle PIT exemption supporting document collection and properly filing system.
Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOP and statutory compliances
Provide response to employee's enquiries on HR related matters.
Double check attendance records before monthly payroll
Keep track on labor contract renewal timely.
Process work permit application for expatriates
Update data on systems promptly
Handle all disciplinary and grievances with necessary documentations.
Prepare HR reports and meeting related materials
Contribute the process improvement projects, events, function and etc.
Provide support on HR initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when been assigned by Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Last year student or fresh graduate who wants to learn and grow in HR field.
Can join the internship full time for 1 year.
Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, people-oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn.
Logical thinking, able to do multiple tasks.
Good at communication & problem solving skills.
Good command of English.
