MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Digital Media Planner will be responsible for the development of the media strategy and media buying, including
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy (Online to Offline):
1.1. Branding (Awareness):
- Work closely with brand team to understand their requirements and objectives
- Develop brief and liaise with agency to develop comprehensive media plan.
- Review historical campaign performance analyze data to determine appropriate media channels & best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, creative, etc.) to ensure strategy alignment.
1.2. E-commerce (Ecom):
- Proactively corporate with E-com team to support monthly sale campaign
- Analyze historical performance data, including traffic, media investment, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Review promotional schemes, key deals, and product launches to align with campaign strategies.
2. Media Execution (Online to Offline):
2.1. Branding
- Coordinating the implementation of digital media plans with the internal team members
- Proofreading and checking all digital assets before releasing and setting up
- Monitor and measure channel performance to achieve campaign KPIs with Performance Specialist
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
2.2. E-commerce
- Monitor weekly traffic from branding campaigns to ensure deliverables and commitment with Ecommerce partners with Performance Specialist
- Structure target audiences and define campaign objectives for optimal results.
3. Media Analysis
- Monitor market trends, platforms innovation and track on-going campaign performance to ensure KPI delivery.
- Analyze campaign metrics, evaluate post-buy reports, prepare quarterly report and provide recommendations for brand
- Collaborate with media agencies to review campaign performance and finalize actual payments.
- Site-check OOH advertising and competitors movements
4. Account Management
- Manage owned digital ad accounts and perform administrative tasks including account verification, ad violation appealing
- Project management from end-to-end (Contract, payment)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital media and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with media planning, execution, and data analysis tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
