JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare payment documents for contractors and suppliers.
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thanh toán cho nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp.
Manage and maintain construction and procurement contracts.
Quản lý và lưu trữ hợp đồng xây dựng, hợp đồng mua sắm hàng hóa.
Prepare procurement documents for domestic and imported materials, equipment.
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ mua sắm vật tư, thiết bị trong nước và nhập khẩu.
Support the Team in compiling, updating, and managing project-related documents and data as needed.
Hỗ trợ Team trong việc tổng hợp, cập nhật và quản lý các hồ sơ, dữ liệu liên quan đến dự án khi cần.
Perform other tasks assigned during working time at Site Development department.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao trong thời gian làm việc tại bộ phận Quản lý Xây dựng.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Core Competencies

2. Skill
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data efficiently.
Có khả năng tổ chức, sắp xếp và
quản lý dữ liệu hiệu quả.
Able to read and understand documents in English.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu
tiếng Anh.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, v.v.).
3. Knowledge & Qualification
At least 5-6 months full-time internship (Monday-Friday).
Có thể thực tập toàn thời gian trong 5-6 tháng (Thứ Hai-Thứ Sáu).
3rd or 4th-year student in Commercial Business, Administrative Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Sinh viên năm 3 hoặc năm 4 ngành Kinh doanh Thương mại, Hành chính văn phòng, Chuỗi cung ứng, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
WHAT WE OFFER
Internship Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/ Month
Trợ cấp thực tập: 4,000,000 VNĐ/ Tháng
