JOB DESCRIPTION
• Raising Sales orders/ quotations regarding requests of the Sales department.
• Responding to customers' queries via social media or phone.
• Support on documentation for delivery (Customs Declaration of products...).
• Support on doing monthly/ weekly reports requested by the management.
• Support on checking available stock in the warehouse.
• Complete the Ad-hoc task as requested by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
• Open for 3th - 4th year student in relating major or fresher.
• High level of English written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Handle multiple of tasks.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Passion, a sense of humor, outgoing, team oriented.
