o Coordinate with HR Generalist & HRM all Training Events
Summary & Make report Feedback form, Training Test
Tracking POSM for Training
Support drafting Training Content, Training Tests
2/ Internal Com tasks
Propose ideas and support to organize company events / internal events.
Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
Support for data collection & filing documents.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (annual leave record, monthly reports, etc).
3/ Completing ad-hoc task as requested by the managements.
PERSONAL SPECS
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm).
Open for 3rd - 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
Be comfortable with English writing and speaking.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Can do the design basic via Canvas, etc
Public speaking, hard-working, multitasking, team oriented.
