Job Scope:
The Intern will support the Finance team in financial reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business partnering activities to ensure accurate data tracking and operational support.
Key Tasks:
Business Partnering & Support: Assist in managing system sales targets, forecasting, and support month-end marketing accruals processes
Cost & Variance Analysis: Track, consolidate, and reconcile cost data across internal platforms; perform variance analysis to monitor cost drivers and identify budget discrepancies.
Reporting & Ad-hoc: Support the development and maintenance of Power Bi dashboards, ensure data integrity, and assist in preparing financial decks and management reports.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
Final year student/ Fresh Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
No prior experience required; candidates with 0-6 months of experience are preferred.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:
Can communicate in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and Outlook.
Be energetic and highly integrated.
Be self-motivated, able to work independently.
Be hard-working, meticulous, and pay attention to details.
Honesty, eagerness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
