JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain and update bank accounts, accounts receivable, prepaid accounts, revenue, and deposit accounts.
• Verify invoices and record revenue daily in accounting software.
• Update daily bank statements and prepare monthly bank reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and prepare monthly customer tracking reports.
• Implement offset applications for accounts receivable.
• Record daily expenses accurately.
• Review of sales contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized and systematic storage of all contracts.
• Support
General Accountant during audits and inspections.
• Perform other assigned duties.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and a team player
