We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Office Administration Intern to support HR operations, reception, office administration, and employee engagement activities.
What you'll do
Support reception and visitor coordination
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
Coordinate travel bookings, courier services, and office supplies
Support employee engagement activities and company events
Assist with document management, expense claims, and day-to-day office operations
What we're looking for
Final-year student or fresh graduate
Available for a full-time internship for 6 months
Good command of spoken and written English
Friendly, organized, and service-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus
