Responsibilities:
80% SEO:
Collaborated directly with internal team to take briefs, develop SEO proposals.
Worked with cross-functional teams to develop advertising campaigns aligned with client briefs and budgets.
Conducted ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Initiated SEO strategies for each account to improve clients' page rankings on major search engines.
Created and distributed content across forums, blogs, and social media channels to drive user engagement and conversions.
Developed SEO proposals based on strategic research tailored to each client's campaign goals.
Conducted market analysis through keyword research to assess opportunities and trends.
Planned and implemented strategies to increase keyword rankings and website visibility.
Monitored, evaluated, and reported SEO keyword ranking performance.
Built and analyzed backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
Managed and regularly updated website content and information.
Designed and executed comprehensive SEO strategies based on keyword research, competitive analysis, current rankings, and other success factors, utilizing various online marketing tools and techniques.
20% Paid Media:
Utilized expertise to manage multiple performance marketing channels, including Facebook, SEM, GDN, and YouTube, to achieve growth targets.
Briefed, launched, managed, and optimized paid media campaigns.
Applied data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies for continuous performance improvement.
Delivered detailed, actionable reports and performance insights to clients.
Qualifications:
Over 1 year experience in SEO/SEM/GDN. Worked at a digital agency is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Ability to use tools to support SEO: webmaster, analytics, Google Ads, Youtube, etc.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, especially analyzing the state website to offer solutions in difficult situations.
Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written).
Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Effective team working skill.
Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving, willing to learn, adapt and operate within dynamic and fastest-moving environment.
Ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently.
Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
