JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage employee
profile, including filing, storage and ensuring the confidentiality of
documents
·
Support with
dependent registration and personal income tax code applications
·
Assist in HR
reports
·
Support in
handling HR paperwork and submitting documents to government authorities
·
Maintain office
equipment and ensure all facilities are in good condition
·
Coordinate with
vendors for repairs, maintenance
·
Participate in
organizing internal activities: birthdays, team building, etc
·
Perform other
administrative tasks as required by the HR department
REQUIREMENTS
· 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources Management,
Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant fields
· Good communication skill, hard working and willing-to-learn
attitude
· Proficient in English (reading and writing)
· MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Working Days: 5 days/week- Duration: 6
months
· Other: Personal laptop required - Female

BENEFITS

Assist
in identifying and researching potential business opportunities,
partnerships, and markets.

the BD team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.

in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

requirements as assigned by BD team.
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year
student majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong
command of English in all 4 skills
Demonstrated
ability in data analysis, with proficiency in Excel and/or data tools is
a plus (e.g.,
Power BI).
