JOB DESCRIPTION
Your tasks will include:
•
Translate documents;
•
Writing English newsletters or
articles
•
Provide assistance to the Director
and lawyers in meeting involvement, paperwork processing;
•
Assist with arranging business
trips for lawyers including visa, hotel and air flight booking..
•
Manage the physical files and
office in order
•
Assist Lawyers in paperwork and
reports
•
Assist with organizing events for
the firm under lawyers' guidance
• Any other duties as may
reasonably be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
•
Fresh graduate;
•
Excellent in English speaking,
writing, listening and speaking;
•
Hard-working, proactive,
enthusiastic, reliable, high responsibility;
•
Eager to learn and willing to do
manner
•
Ability to work with foreign
colleagues.
• Can be an intern for at least 3
months
