Key Responsibilities
Brainstorm ideas with the team to develop event programs and plan activities.
Organize and facilitate events, meetings, and workshops.
Support the preparation of event rundowns and MC scripts
Coordinate and communicate with the MC, performers, dance crews and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the event schedule, program, MC script content, etc.
Skills and qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience in volunteer programs, event planning, and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a plus.
