At TBWA\Group Vietnam, we're looking for a proactive Creator Manager to manage and grow a strong network of creators, KOLs, and KOCs across assigned brands and projects.
Working closely with Social, Creative, and Account teams, you will identify relevant creators, brief them based on brand and social objectives, coordinate content development, and review outputs to ensure creator content is authentic, engaging, and aligned with agreed brand standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, KOCs, and creators to build and maintain a strong creator bench across different categories and audiences.
Recommend suitable creators based on brand objectives, target audiences, content needs, and platform relevance.
Develop and deliver clear creator briefs, ensuring creators understand campaign objectives, key messages, deliverables, and content requirements.
Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with creators from briefing through content delivery.
Review creator content and provide feedback to ensure outputs meet agreed brand, creative, and platform standards.
Work closely with Social, Creative, and Account teams to coordinate internal and client approvals for creator-led and others-say content.
Track creator deliverables, timelines, content status, and approvals to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Maintain creator profiles, performance learnings, and relevant information to support future creator selection and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC Management, Creator Management, Social Media, or a related role within an advertising, digital, social, influencer, or creative agency.
Proven experience sourcing, briefing, and managing KOLs, KOCs, or digital creators.
Good understanding of Vietnamese social media culture, creator landscape, and platform trends.
Experience managing multiple creators and deliverables across different brands or campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional agency and client teams is preferred.
SKILLS
Strong understanding of KOL/KOC and creator ecosystems across major social platforms.
Good creator evaluation and matching skills based on brand, audience, and content objectives.
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of social content and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Strong organisation and attention to detail in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Ability to manage multiple creator projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
