Job Summary:
Develop & manage internal communication materials (ideas, content, editing, design, publishing) - emails, newsletters, videos, POSM.
Support employee engagement activities (capability building & talent management project, team building, townhall...).
Update the content calendar to ensure timely, relevant communication.
Coordine intitiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Partner with vendor to ensure seamless management of corporate contractors.
Requiments:
Senior student or fresh graduate who can work full-time.
Proficiency in content creation and using design tools (Canva, Photoshops,... etc).
Have experience working in a design/ media/ marketing team or relevant scope in university/ student club/ organization.
Possess agility, proactiveness, growth mindset and good adaptablity.
Good event management and communications skill.
