JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Content Management & Creative Development:
Conduct market research on competitors and consumer behavior to craft compelling Product Descriptions in English - with a focus on converting buyers in the US and Canada markets.
Own the end-to-end creative brief process: independently research the product, define the target customer, and produce structured visual briefs that enable the Design team to execute high-quality listing images and videos without repeated revisions.
Present and clearly communicate creative ideas and visual concepts to the Design team, ensuring all proposed directions are aligned with e-commerce platform standards (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Shopify).
Review and provide constructive feedback on design aesthetics and content alignment for all visual assets - acting as the bridge between creative intent and platform requirements.
2. Listing Management & Maintenance:
Manage and optimize product listings focused on the US and Canada markets across Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Shopify.
Update product information and other technical details within the listings as requested.
Maintain the product database and track all related changes to ensure data integrity across multiple SKUs and platforms.
3. Customer Service & Reporting:
Handle and respond to customer inquiries via Amazon Seller Central and Email in English - maintaining a professional, empathetic tone appropriate to each situation.
Monitor, synthesize, and categorize customer reviews, bad ratings, and recurring complaints to identify patterns and surface actionable insights for content and product improvement.
Consolidate product defects and compile detailed quality reports for each product line, feeding findings back into listing content and creative briefs where relevant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or Business English).
Language Skills: Proficient in written English (IELTS 6.0+, TOEIC 750+, or equivalent is a strong plus) to interact effectively with international customers.
Hard Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.
Strong copywriting skills and a basic eye for design/aesthetics.
Soft Skills & Attitude:
Passionate about building a career in the E-commerce industry.
Highly detail-oriented (essential for managing accurate product data).
