JOB DESCRIPTION
Your mission aims to provide employees with comprehensive information about Timo for better output every day. Therefore, in addition to the tasks listed below, you can also suggest what you believe is beneficial to your daily tasks.
Operational Support: Assist in the operational activities of HR.
Project Coordination: Help draft content, coordinate, and support to organize internal events (logistics, take photos)
Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hardworking, eager to learn, and grow in a professional setting.
Outgoing and enjoys interacting and building relationships with others.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in writing, editing would be a distinct advantage.
Well done at taking photos would be a plus.
